Maria has worked in the escrow and real estate industry since 2006, directing her talents towards the escrow profession.  She has extensive experience working with all types of real estate professionals in the Southern California and San Fernando Valley markets.  Her in-depth escrow experience includes Short Sales and Refinancing Sales. Over the last five years she has developed her escrow career investing her time in such positions as,  Escrow Secretary and Escrow Assistant, and has developed into her current role of Junior Escrow Officer.

 

Today, Maria strives to move KPL’s escrow process along expeditiously and seamlessly. Because KPL Select Escrow, Inc. is an independent escrow company licensed by the Department of Corporations, Maria and KPL Select Escrow, Inc. offer stand alone escrow services for traditional types of escrow transactions.

 

At KPL Select Escrow, Inc., Maria works closely with Marlen Videz, Senior Escrow Officer and Escrow Manager, delivering support and service to KPL clients that represent all interested parties in an escrow transaction.  Maria also assists in the execution of client escrow transactions and is involved in their escrow process from opening an escrow to the final packaging of documents to the executing the specifications of the banks and loan officers she is working with.  Her knowledge and years of experience make her a tremendous asset and reliable contact for all of our clients.  She is known for her responsiveness, friendly disposition and she works to be communicative with all parties involved in the escrow documents.   She consistently provides unparalleled attention to each client and their escrow package.

 

Maria is an active member of the National Notary Association and a Notary for the State of California, and is bilingual in Spanish and English.  She graduated from California State University Northridge with a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate.
