Kelly Lynch has worked in the real estate industry for over 25 years.  In 2002, she became the sole founder of KPL Select Escrow, Inc., providing residential & commercial escrow services to individual clients.  Since 2002, KPL Select Escrow, Inc. has facilitated millions of dollars in residential and refinanced escrows helping thousands realize their dreams of homeownership.  KPL Select Escrow, Inc. is a woman owned business and a member of the Palm Springs Chamber of Commerce, San Fernando Valley Chamber of Commerce and the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce.

Kelly has evolved, KPL Select Escrow, Inc. into a full-service, client-focused, boutique company.  KPL provides traditional escrow services for residential & commercial sales, purchases, and refinance transactions throughout California from offices in Sherman Oaks and Palm Springs.

 

Kelly is on the Board of Directors of the California Association of Mortgage Professionals and is current president for the 2012-2013 North Los Angeles Chapter. She is also a member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, the Southland Professional Association of Realtors, is past Treasurer of Women’s Council of Realtors has Chaired the Board of Directors for the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center and continues to serve on this Board, being a long standing member and contributor to the non-profit organization for over 12 years.  She is a philanthropist for such organizations as: HRC, Equality California, Los Angeles Outfest, Aids Life Cycle, GLAAD, Meals on Wheels, Mary Magdalene Project, Habitat for Humanity and Children of the Night.  Kelly graduated from California State University, Northridge with a degree in Business Administration.
